ivy2Welcome to YoYo Yoga

Come play yoga! So much more than physical stretching (which certainly has its benefits), yoga teaches children valuable life skills, laying a strong foundation for kids to develop into healthy adults.

Life moves fast and can be stressful for adults –  and children are no different! Busy and over-scheduled, children often feel overwhelmed and it’s vitally important for adults to provide children with the right tools to navigate life ‘s journey in a positive and empowering way. Applying the skills learned at a YoYo Yoga Professional Development Training, YOU can positively impact a child’s life.

YoYo Yoga specializes in professional development training, family wellness seminars, and the creation of valuable resources for pediatric professionals, parents and kids. Our highly unique programs teach creative and effective methods to adapt yoga-based movement, meditation and mindfulness to benefit children of all ages and abilities, in all settings – from fun family yoga sessions, to one-on-one patient support in the clinical setting, to the classroom. Beyond training, our valuable teaching resources and ongoing support allow professionals and parents to stay connected and up-to-date as they confidently use movement, meditation and mindfulness to empower the lives of a very precious resource, our children.
