• Announcing Community Family Yoga for Families with Differently-Abled Kiddos!

I am super excited to announce this new program I am partnering with Pilates+Yoga Center on McCausland to offer family yoga for families with differently-abled kiddos within the Saint Louis community.

Geared towards kids with special needs, each fun, family style class is themed to capture young imaginations and captivate the spirit. Offering yoga postures, practices and techniques that are safely adapted for those with mobility limitations, all sessions are inclusive, beneficial, and, most importantly, fun for all!

Led by Lisa Roberts (E-RYT200, RCYT), all classes are general family group sessions, however, upon registering your child, Lisa will contact you directly to discuss any specific goals you may have for your child’s development and will incorporate yoga practices to support your goals in each class.

At least one family member or guardian is required to attend the class with their child and will be guided to safely assist their child throughout the yoga sessions. Family yoga offers a unique bonding experience for you and your child and many of the gentle stretches, activities, and breath regulation techniques practiced in class can be continued at home together.

Come play yoga with your child and experience the magic of yoga together.
