Movement, Meditation and Mindfulness is beneficial for children of all ages. The key to encouraging children to participate is in designing engaging age-appropriate sessions that support healthy development, teach vital coping skills and are FUN. Sshh, we don’t have to tell them it’s good for them …. kids will figure that out when they notice how AMAZING they feel!

MOVEMENT:

  • Supports the development of gross motor skills and coordination
